Designing the New Usual: Leadership

With four Designing the New Usual events, we want to inspire and connect like-minded people with an urge for change. Under the topics of leadership, sustainability, inclusion, and human-centred design, we want to encourage the first steps toward eco-friendly practices, diversity initiatives, better leadership and a people-focussed approach.

Previously, we have explored the complexity of leadership – what is great leadership, how do we nurture it, and how do we sustain it? To examine this, we invited experienced and inspirational business consultants, strategists and leaders to share their learnings and discuss what meaningful leadership looks like to them. Our panelists included Henriette Divert-Hendricks, Executive Advisor at BCC, Jesper Ambrosius, Director & Head of LEGO Workplace Experience, Pia Huusfelt, Global Business Leader at Ingka Group (IKEA) and Leadership Strategist Ann Hiatt (previously working for Jeff Bezos (CEO of Amazon) and Eric Schmidt (CEO of Google).
