Vattenfall, one of Europe’s leading energy companies, had recently gone through a major rebrand, leaving them with the challenge of revitalizing their online presence. Vattenfall partnered with Designit to realize this new visual identity across all their digital channels, and to increase customer conversions with a new website.
With only six weeks to work, the process was split into two parallel work streams. The first focused on adapting the visual identity and brand, creating concepts for all digital channels and multiple devices. The second aimed to create an interaction design true to Vattenfall’s brand values that could increase conversion rates.
Designit delivered a new branded and responsive website, that positions Vattenfall as a modern provider of energy and smart home solutions. The new site architecture clusters information, creating an intuitive navigational flow that allows customers easy access to the full range of Vattenfall offerings, for increased conversions.
Vattenfall was named a digital leader within the energy segment in Sweden in 2018 – surpassing its competitors in digital products experience, e-commerce, and mobile.
