In 2022, Nicolas joined Designit as Global CEO. Before this appointment, he was the Head of Digital at the global technology and management consultancy Capco, a Wipro company. During the eight years that he headed the Digital practice, Nicolas played an integral role in driving growth, building a renowned Digital Innovation team that delivered highly successful digital transformation strategies for financial services firms globally. His inspiring leadership stems from his passion for organisational culture and values as drivers of sustainable performance.
As Global CEO of Designit, Nic leads all design capabilities across the Wipro family, focusing on delivering creative excellence, enhanced customer experiences and dynamic business innovation for which Designit is known.
