Community event: Going from DEI intention to implementation

Date
Time 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET
Location Rentemestervej 57 57 Rentemestervej 2400 København Denmark

When it comes to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, bridging the gap between good intentions and action is a challenge that needs to be tackled head-on. Many companies don’t even know their status quo and fail to meet their own goal-setting.

So where do you start? How can you implement inclusive values, build diversified teams and accomplish the goals you set? In short, what are the first steps to becoming diverse?

For our third ‘Designing the New Usual’ event hosted by The Index Project and Designit, we’ll take a deep dive into the DEI agenda and how to turn momentum into a strategy.

Featuring our host Phil Hall from Designit, speakers and change-makers, we’ll make sure to highlight different aspects of getting started and focussing on DEI.

This event will be in-person at Rentemestervej 57, 2400 København from 16:00-18:00 CET, where you’ll also get the chance to catch a drink after the event and share experiences and take-aways with people eager to design a new usual as well.
