Who is your fiercest competitor? Or let's reframe it: Does your fiercest competitor even exist yet? It's probably pretty hard to say. But there are ways in which you can future-proof yourself. Join us for a free workshop and design your fiercest competitor - or your next growth rocket - before someone else does.

After a successful first run last June, we're back and are looking for up to 3 participants from 10-15 companies who are interested in learning more about creative ways to handle business disruption. The purpose of this workshop is to leave you with the necessary tools and processes to help empower you in the face of disruption. Please note that the workshop will be held in person and in Norwegian at our Oslo Studio.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

9:00 AM – Doors open
Breakfast and coffee will be served at 9:00 AM.

9:30 AM – Welcome & intro
Meet our Business Design Director, Dr. Ranvir Rai, who will introduce you to disruptive innovation as a growth strategy.

10:00 AM – Workshop: Design your fiercest competitor
A three-step flow workshop where you will work hands-on with developing potential disruptive concepts in your market/industry.

11:45 AM – Summarising: Where to go from here?
Ranvir and the Business Design team will reflect on next stages, from concept development to implementation.

12:00 PM – It’s a wrap!
Feel free to stay longer at our studio for coffee and mingling.
