About the Event
Throughout the year, the Nobel Peace Center has been focused on Maria Ressa and Dmitry Muratov, two journalists who received the Nobel Peace Prize in 2021 for their brave fight for freedom of expression in the Philippines and Russia. The Freedom of Expression Conference and Festival is a culmination of events, exhibitions and school programs about the Peace Prize and the important, relevant topics that surround it.
