Joining Adobe, Spotify, Nvidia, Morgan Stanley, and others, Designit has been ranked number 98 on Fast Company fifth annual Best Workplaces for Innovators list.

The Best Workplaces for Innovators list honours organisations and businesses that demonstrate an inspiring commitment to encourage and develop innovation at all levels. Designit came in at number 98 for embracing the power of collective creativity, which enables us to turn change into shared progress for people, brands, and the planet.

Our commitment to fostering a culture of innovation has led to notable accomplishments such as the Dualities framework and the Futures Generator, which became transformative tools for exploring potential futures and navigating complex landscapes. By engaging Designits from diverse disciplines, we harness a wealth of perspectives and leverage advanced AI and machine learning to predict future scenarios. The impact of these initiatives has extended outside Designit, sparking creativity and innovation both within and beyond our walls.

In addition to these efforts, we have launched initiatives that embody our dedication to innovation. Our Designit Residencies Program empowers selected Designits from diverse backgrounds to collaborate, explore, and create within designated areas of passion and opportunity. This immersive six-month journey fosters deep connections and sparks transformative insights. Furthermore, our partnerships with local subject matter experts and the establishment of Employee Resource Groups ensure that diverse voices are heard and valued, fostering an inclusive environment where unconventional perspectives thrive. By embracing collective creativity and encouraging collaboration, we unlock new possibilities, pursuing long-term progress for all over immediate value for some.
