Designit wins three 2022 Red Dot Design Awards in Corporate Identity, Spatial Communication, and Typography

Designit’s work for LYS Technologies, BLOX Wayfinding System, and our own Alphabeta font have each been recognised with a 2022 Red Dot Design Award in the following categories:

  • LYS Technologies: Wins the Red Dot Award for Corporate Identity
  • BLOX Wayfinding System: Wins the Red Dot Award for Spatial Communication
  • Designit Alphabeta: Wins the Red Dot Award for Typography


In August 2022, our work with LYS Technologies won the Red Dot Award for Corporate Identity based on its creative achievement and impact. Designit worked with LYS, a B2B software as a service (SaaS) company, to reimagine its brand for a new business strategy and audience, establishing a strong brand purpose, vision, and communication to enable healthier living with light. Our work with BLOX Wayfinding System was recognised for its design quality and creativity, earning the Red Dot Award for Spatial Communication. Designit partnered with BLOX, one of the most iconic buildings in Copenhagen, to solve navigation challenges routinely faced by visitors, ultimately creating an intuitive wayfinding system rooted in the visitor experience. Designit’s in-house font, Alphabeta, was developed to serve as our primary brand typeface. Alphabeta won the Red Dot Award for Typography to recognise its originality and creativity. Simple, confident, and distinct, Alphabeta is the glue that binds Designit’s brand identity together.
